1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1. This privacy policy of the Online Store is for informational purposes, which means that it does not constitute a source of obligations for Service Recipients or Customers of the Online Store.

Pana Tadeusza 1/1, 15-521 Białystok), NIP 5422614916, REGON civil partnership 050864693, address e-mail: sklep@axami.pl, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister responsible for economy, NIP 9660903167, REGON 050495385 - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.

 

1.3. The personal data of the Service Recipient and the Customer are processed in accordance with the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04/05/2016) (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

 

1.4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

 

1.5. All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Online Store Regulations available on the Online Store website.

 

 

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

 

2.1. Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator result from the actions taken by the Service Recipient or Customer in the Online Store. For example, if the Customer chooses personal collection instead of a courier shipment when placing an Order, his or her personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier carrying out the shipment on behalf of the Administrator.

2.2.2. Direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, Providing personal data is voluntary. Personal data processed for this purpose will be stored until consent is withdrawn.

 

2.2.3. Maintaining a Customer Account - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR. Providing personal data for this purpose is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to maintain an account and place orders through it.

 

2.2.4 Collection of information related to the use of the online store by the user (cookie files) - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 - specifically to: maintain the user's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the Login and Password on each subpage of the online store, adapt and optimize the online store to the needs customers, creating viewing statistics for the online store's subpages, ensuring the security and reliability of the online store's operation

 

2.3. Possible recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:

 

2.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses the delivery method by post or courier in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary carrying out the shipment on behalf of the Administrator.

 

2.3.2. In the case of a Customer who uses electronic or payment card payment in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.

 

2.3.3. The recipient of the personal data provided is the hosting provider;

 

2.3.4 If consent is given to receive commercial information, the recipient of the personal data provided may be companies providing marketing services to the personal data administrator, suppliers of software used to send commercial information;

2.4. The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Customers using the Online Store: name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), address of residence/business/registered office (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Service Recipients or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Customer.

 

2.5. Providing the personal data referred to in the point above may be necessary to conclude and implement the Sales Agreement or the contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a contract is previously indicated on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Regulations.

 

Data subjects have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify it, the right to transfer data, and in the case of data processed on the basis of consent - the right to delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time. 3. COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA

 

3.1. 3.2.2. remembering Products added to the cart in order to place an Order or to the clipboard;

 

3.2.3. remembering data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login details to the Online Store;

 

3.2.4. adapting the content of the Online Store website to the individual preferences of the Service User (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the Online Store pages;

4. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Providing personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Regulations necessary to conclude and implement the Sales Agreement or the Agreement for the provision of Electronic Services results in the inability to conclude this agreement.

In the case of data processing for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) the prior consent of the Service Recipient or Customer or (2) fulfillment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator (in accordance with Article 23(4) of the Personal Data Protection Act in particular direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services is considered a legally justified purpose).

 

 

5. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR DATA

 

5.1. The Service Recipient or Customer has the right to access and correct their personal data.

 

5.2. Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him or her contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to: request supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion if they are incomplete, out of date, false or were collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

 

5.3. If the Service Recipient or Customer consents to the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the consent may be revoked at any time.

 

5.4. If the Administrator intends to process or processes the data of the Service Recipient or Customer for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) submit a written, justified request to discontinue the processing of his or her data due to his or her special situation or to (2) object to the processing of her data.
